The question bank is a curated library of pre-written questions you can drop straight into any survey. It saves time and helps you use proven, well-worded questions instead of writing every one from scratch.

What it is

The bank is a collection of ready-made questions organized by research area — Brand, Product, Pricing, Customer Experience, Advertising, UX/Website, Employee, and Screener. Each entry includes the question text, its type, and a preview of its answer options. You can reach it two ways from the builder: the Full Question Bank button in the left sidebar opens the full searchable panel, and the Quick Access list in the Questions sidebar surfaces the most common questions for one-click insertion.

How to add a question from the bank

  1. In the builder, click Full Question Bank in the left sidebar to open the slide-over panel.
  2. Use the search box to find questions by keyword or tag, or filter using the category chips at the top.
  3. Review a question card — it shows the question text, type, and a preview of options.
  4. Click + Add to insert it into your survey. It's added to the end (or to your last section) and opened for editing.
  5. Adjust the wording, options, or settings as needed, just like any other question.

Tips & best practices

  • Start with Quick Access in the Questions sidebar for the six most-used questions, then click View all to browse the full bank.
  • Search by tag (for example, "loyalty" or "pricing") to quickly narrow a large list.
  • Added questions are fully editable — treat them as a strong starting point and tailor them to your study.
  • Combine bank questions with template-based surveys to round out coverage.

Plan availability

The question bank is available on all plans. Some entries are marked Premium; on the Free plan these show a lock and are reserved for Premium and Pro accounts, while non-premium questions can be added by anyone.
